Elastic in the Plastic

The phrase operationalizes a participatory reading at regional scale. Plastic is the rigid basin — Cretaceous geology, climatic baselines, inherited cultural substrates. Elastic is the observer-driven yield at critical points: φ-scaled resonance in the Green Sahara window, a polarity flip under lunar or environmental nudge that produces the scar, then downstream re-collapse into Berber, Roman, and Islamic adaptations. The Richat scar and the Atlantis myth become elastic memory compression. Later history is the radiated signal. Bias and inside-frame viewing are themselves elastic operators. They decide how far the mold stretches in any given observation.
